Glass Gobo artwork requirements: ai, eps, psd or other vectored, high resolutionfiles. Non vectored files may require a non-refundable fee to be re-drawn into a workable format.
50% non-refundable deposit required for custom gobo orders. Custom Gobo orders are non-refundable. No exceptions. Customer holds ultimate responsibility to ensure correct artwork and size specs are submitted. GoboMan can not be held responsible for gobos made incorrectly due to customer error. Size restrictions per image area apply. Not every design will fit every size gobo. GoboMan is not responsible for cancelled orders due to improper artwork supplied or requested. All orders placed confirm customer acceptance of our terms and conditions, including shipping policies.
